is back for the 9th edition. Boasting a wider than ever variety of
products and services from hundreds of exhibitors around the world,
Food&Hotel Vietnam 2017 is the international trade event serving the
Indochina region, particularly Vietnam. Come 25 – 27 April 2017, more
than 10,000 trade visitors will once again be attracted to not just
Food&HotelVietnam’s business-activity-filled show floor, but also
to two exciting world-class competitions – Vietnam Culinary Challenge
and Vietnam Barista Competition. Other highlights of the show include
the second Basic Barista Course, Franchising Seminar and a host of

Over 3 activity filled intensive days, a total of 10,951 trade visitors
graced the largest hospitality event to date in Indochina – the Food and
Hotel Vietnam exhibition in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Attracting
visitors not only from key tourist centers in Vietnam, the event
benefitted from international visitors coming from neighbouring
Cambodia, the ASEAN region and beyond, a testament to the event’s
growing brand quality and reach.

that breaks the previous record. The groups' backgrounds were from
hotels, restaurants, bakery, caterers, food retailers/wholesaler,

Spanning
across 9,207 square metres of the entire Saigon Exhibition and
Convention Centre (SECC), Vietnam’s leading trade event for the food and
hospitality industry has been affirmed as the largest event since its
inauguration in 2005. The first day has attracted a total of 3989 trade
attendees to explore and purchase products from around the world.

Vietnam Culinary Challenge
Since its debut in 2006, the Vietnam Culinary Challenge has established
itself as a prestigious and highly regarded competition for Vietnam’s
culinary community.
Organised by the Saigon Professional Chefs Guild and judged by a
distinguished panel of renowned chefs from the region, the 6th edition
Vietnam Culinary Challenge 2016 will see local chefs from reputable
restaurants and hotels compete in a three-day series of ‘cook-offs’ for
the coveted title of Grand Champion.
Vietnam Barista Competition
The Vietnam Barista Competition attracts top-level baristas who will
compete as well as café management and coffee industry buyers who will
witness the crowning of the next barista champion after an intense day
of competition. Besides walking away with the grand prize, the winner
will also be given the honour to represent Vietnam at the FHA Barista
Challenge 2016, which will be held at SpecialityCoffee&Tea during
Food&HotelAsia in Singapore
